We offer a full range of Pump service capabilities with a complete in-house machine shop and factory certified Repair Technicians. We rebuild pumps of all types and all brands in our shop.

We provide Field Removal and Installation as well as Laser Alignment, Vibration Analysis and Startup services.

INSPECTION - Comprehensive, electronically maintained workscopes upon full dimensional, visual, and NDE inspection. Database of specific customer requirements. Granite table, calibrated measuring instruments various sizes. Portable Brinnell hardness tester

LIFTING - Two (5) ton cranes, ten tons combined

MACHINING - Capable of all major machining functions. Four conventional lathes with up to 30” swing 180” centers. Vertical boring mill with 58” inch turning capacity. Two Bridgeport multi-purpose milling machines. Giddings & Lewis horizontal boring mill with tail stock, 4” spindle with 36” x 74” table.

CLEANING - Cabinet Blaster with 60” square capacity

BALANCING - 5000 pound capacity Schenck balancer

PAINTING - Large OSHA approved paint spray booth

PERFORMANCE TESTING - Available through ITT Manufacturing Facilities

FIELD SERVICE - Installation and start up assistance available, as well as turn key services. Full diagnostic equipment for trouble shooting. Laser alignment and vibration analysis equipment available.
